Refund and Cancellation

At Glitch9, we are dedicated to providing the best cloud gaming experience. We understand that there may be situations where you wish to cancel your plan and request a refund. To ensure transparency, we have outlined the following refund policy:

Full Refund

You are entitled to a full refund if:

  • You have purchased a plan and have played for less than one hour.
  • You are dissatisfied due to latency issues or technical problems caused by Glitch9.

Requirements:

  • Proof such as screenshots or logs may be required to process your refund.

Exceptions:

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Users were unaware they needed to own the games they wish to play.
  • Purchases of the Virtual Gaming PC plan without realizing that additional playtime needs to be purchased.
Partial Refund

You are entitled to a partial refund for unutilized time if:

  • You have played for more than one hour.
  • You are unable to continue playing due to technical issues originating from Glitch9's end.

Conditions:

This applies only if the issue is not caused by:

  • Your firewall settings.
  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) restrictions.
  • Device limitations.
  • Poor internet connection.
No Refund

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • User-End Issues:
    • Firewall settings.
    • ISP restrictions.
    • Device limitations or poor internet connection.
  • Awareness Issues:
    • Users were unaware they needed to own the games they wish to play.
    • Users did not know additional playtime is required for the Virtual Gaming PC plan.
  • Geographical Limitations:
    • Users attempting to play from unsupported regions, such as outside India or Southeast Asia, who face high latency.
    • Virtual Gaming PC users attempting to play from regions unsupported by the Southeast Asia server.
  • Repeated Refund Requests:
    • Users who have already requested and received a refund for the same reason.
  • If you cancel your AutoPay or disable the recurring payment option for your Glitch9 membership, your active membership will be revoked automatically.
